Attorney Ethics, Civility and Professionalism

Modern rules of professional conduct and professional ideals create a number of professionalism and civility obligations on attorneys. The rules though do little to help attorneys manage their day to day interactions with colleagues to achieve these goals. This presentation will discuss emotional regulation and reframing concepts to assist attorneys in managing their habits and emotions that can either lead to unprofessional or, ideally, perfectly professional conduct.
