National Academy of Continuing Legal Education is a Sponsor (5258) of CLE courses, approved by the North Carolina State Bar Board of Continuing Legal Education. Attorneys may earn all 12 NC CLE credits from the National Academy of Continuing Legal Education.

North Carolina attorneys are required to take 12 credit hours every year including 2 credit hours of Ethics and 1 credit hour of Technology. In addition, every 3 years NC attorneys must take 1 credit hour of Substance Abuse. The compliance cycle is from Jan 1 through Dec 31 and each member must certify compliance by February 28th.

North Carolina attorneys can earn all 12 CLE credit hours including 2 credit hours of Ethics, 1 credit hour of Technology and 1 credit hour of Substance Abuse with us using our Online & iOS/Android App courses.

A total of 12 credit hours may be carried over to a subsequent compliance period including 2 credit hours of Ethics. Substance Abuse and Technology credits cannot be carried over
