About This Course

There are various ways that a decedent's assets may pass or transfer title upon his/her death. This CLE course will familiarize attorneys with the basics of how a decedent's assets may pass or transfer upon his/her death either by contract via non-probate, the titling of an account, beneficiary designation, intestate succession or by will.
