Morgan Stogsdill, Esq.
As the Head of Beermann’s Family Law Group at Beermann LLP (the largest Family Law firm in the nation), in Chicago, Ms. Stogsdill is accustomed to managing complex cases with high standards and expertise. Morgan L. Stogsdill’s practice primarily focuses in the areas of matrimonial law and family law, which includes various aspects of dissolution of marriage and paternity proceedings involving the issues of child custody, support, visitation, property division, divorce-related financial issues, post-dissolution matters, prenuptial/postnuptial agreements, and order of protection related to civil litigation.
Ms. Stogsdill has a working style that is hands-on, direct, and genuine, assuring her clients are supported every step of the way from the beginning of the case and through conclusion.
Aaron Robb, Ph.D., LPC-S
Dr. Aaron Robb is a therapist with extensive experience in family law matters, high-conflict custody cases, and court-ordered interventions. His practice focuses on evaluating and addressing the impact of parental behavior, including substance use, on child safety and wellbeing. Dr. Robb provides expert consultation to attorneys, guardians ad litem, and courts on topics relating to Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD), parenting risks, and trauma-informed recommendations.
He is known for translating complex behavioral science into practical, courtroom-ready guidance and regularly presents on trauma, protective interventions, and alcohol misuse in custody litigation.
