Icon for Question: How are courses on Nacle.com accredited?

National Academy of Continuing Legal Education is a provider of accredited CLE courses throughout the United States. The Hawaii State Board of Continuing Legal Education ("HSBCLE") will accept all credits earned from NACLE through reciprocity.

Icon for Question: What are the CLE requirements for Hawaii attorneys?

Hawaii attorneys must take 3 CLE credits per year. Every third year, at least 1 of the 3 credit hours must be in Ethics.

Icon for Question: What are my compliance and reporting deadlines?

The compliance cycle is from Jan 1st through Dec 31st. Hawaii attorney annual registration must be completed and submitted by December 31st each year.

Icon for Question: What part of my requirement can I satisfy with you?

Hawaii attorneys can earn all 3 CLE credit hours with us including 1 credit of Ethics with our prerecorded programs using our Online & iOS/Android App courses.

Icon for Question: Am I allowed to carry over excess credits taken from one compliance period to the next?

Attorneys may carry over 3 credits into the next reporting period. Ethics credits cannot be carried over.
