Special attention will be given to the growing use of artificial intelligence and deepfake technology in facilitating deed fraud and title theft.

In addition, the course will examine the role of title insurance and the title insurance underwriter, including how coverage operates, common claim scenarios, and how practitioners can leverage these protections to better safeguard their clients and transactions.
