About This Course
This CLE program examines the evolving role of global codes of conduct in multinational organizations, with particular focus on how shifting regulatory frameworks, changing approaches to diversity and inclusion, and the rapid integration of artificial intelligence are reshaping compliance expectations. Participants will explore the distinctions among global codes of conduct, employee handbooks, and supply chain codes, and how each functions within a broader governance and risk management structure.
Through a practical, strategy-oriented discussion, the program will address key considerations in drafting, revising, and implementing effective global conduct and ethics codes. It will also provide guidance on developing and maintaining supply chain codes of conduct that align with current legal, regulatory, and operational realities. Attendees will gain actionable insights to help ensure these policies remain relevant, defensible, and responsive to ongoing global developments.
