About This Course
This CLE program explores what litigators can learn from film, using carefully selected movie scenes to highlight practical lessons for trial practice. Through six films and seven core subject areas—plus an additional segment featuring notable omissions—participants will examine how cinematic depictions, while dramatized, often reflect real-world litigation dynamics and strategic considerations.
The program invites attendees to revisit familiar movies with a more analytical lens, uncovering insights they may have previously overlooked. While the discussion maintains a serious focus on advocacy skills and professional judgment, the format is designed to be engaging and accessible. Mr. Kornblum will also suggest additional films and scenes for further exploration beyond the program.
