This CLE course will address the numerous USCIS Policy Memos issued during Trumps' 2nd Term, including pauses on issuance of immigration benefits to nationals of scores of counties; 'good moral character' assessments for both Naturalization and Adjustment of Status; heightened scrutiny of applications for all types of all immigration benefits; and how that affects how the new policies affect the evidence submitted with visa, green card and Naturalization petitions, and presented at interview at US Consulates and at USCIS.
