About This Course
The practice of law comes with no shortage of stressors, and while some stress is unavoidable, the ways we think about, respond to, and navigate these challenges can either amplify our stress or create opportunities for greater ease.
This practical CLE invites lawyers to examine the everyday stressors of legal practice and explore how habitual thinking patterns, emotional responses, and learned behaviors can contribute to unnecessary pressure. Participants will discover how small shifts in perspective and daily habits can support emotional regulation, reduce unnecessary stress, and create a more sustainable relationship with their work.
