Many lawyers may not fully understand the Bar rules and ethical considerations regarding managing a law office and supervising lawyers and non-lawyer. This CLE course will address important ethical considerations and provide critical information and guidance regarding law office management and supervising non-lawyers, including the ethical requirements of supervising lawyers and non-lawyers, the elements of competence, identifying potential conflicts of interest, client intake, managing client matters and files, file closing and records management, and ethical billable time.
