About This Course
When business agreements, ownership structures, and financial arrangements are formed informally, serious disputes arise as soon as economic reality diverges from the formal record. This CLE presents the Napkin Litigation Framework™, a structured, repeatable litigator’s operating method for turning fragmented, poorly documented business, property, ownership, and control disputes into provable cases. Attendees will learn how to navigate the lifecycle of informal deals, perform rigorous client intake beyond subjective claims, and apply four interconnected phases (Asset, Control, Money, and Claim) that include the twelve protocols required to win.
The CLE course uses a $15M fictional case study, encouraging participants to learn how to separate distinct rights (ownership vs. economics vs. control vs. exit), evaluate cross-practice strategy, leverage technology and evidence synthesis, and drive claims toward enforceable economic endpoints rather than illiquid paper judgments.
