About This Course
Catastrophic personal injury cases require strategic preparation from the earliest stages through resolution. While most cases never reach trial, the strongest cases are prepared as though they will. This CLE course explores a nurse-attorney’s approach to building persuasive demand packages and effectively preparing catastrophic injury cases for resolution.
Attendees will learn practical strategies for pre-trial preparation, including evaluating and documenting damages, organizing medical evidence, identifying case weaknesses, and preparing for depositions, mediation, arbitration, and trial. The course will emphasize how thorough preparation can strengthen settlement positions and improve outcomes while ensuring counsel is ready to take the case to trial when necessary.
