About This Course
This CLE presentation will provide a list of details as to what a lawyer ought to do to obtain and keep clients; specifications as to how to approach clients; how to meet new clients; what to say and focus in on during the initial meetings; necessary communication skills. This presentation will address adherence to ethical standards.
The lecturer draws upon his 40+ years of experience on how to meet people with an eye toward making sure that they know you are a ready and available attorney who can help with legal needs. In this presentation there will be discussion as to techniques utilized on how to retain clients by communicating properly, being well organized and getting the work done on a timely basis.
