Accreditation and CLE Rules for Arizona
Attorneys may earn all 15 Arizona CLE credits from the National Academy of Continuing Legal Education. Our courses satisfy the “Interactive CLE” definition of the State Bar of Arizona. The official regulation can be found on the State Bar of Arizona website at https://www.azbar.org/licensing-compliance/mcle/.
Interactive CLE Formats: Our DVDs, Audio CDs, Online & iOS/Android App formats all satisfy your “Interactive CLE” requirement. Additionally, each course has accompanying written materials. You are issued an official certificate at the completion of each course that serves as proof you have completed the course.
Your annual compliance period begins July 1 and the ends on June 30. You must complete your 15 CLE hours by the June 30th deadline. You must report your compliance by filing the annual affidavit with the State Bar of Arizona by September 15.
A total of fifteen credit hours may be carried over to a subsequent compliance period including three professional responsibility hours.
