Accreditation and CLE Rules for Alabama
National Academy of Continuing Legal Education offers CLE courses accredited in many states throughout the country. While we do not directly accredit our courses in Alabama, we believe our courses meet the criteria for Alabama credit approval pursuant to the Alabama State Bar Rules for Mandatory Continuing Legal Education. AL attorneys must self-apply for course approval of NACLE courses and should submit applications in advance of taking courses in order to ensure that they will be accepted..
Alabama attorneys must complete 12 CLE credit hours per year by December 31, including at least 1 credit in Ethics. AL attorneys may earn up to 6 CLE credit hours from National Academy of Continuing Legal Education, including 1 credit of Ethics with our prerecorded programs using our Online & iOS/Android App formats.
