CLE Rules For:

Credits that Tennessee Attorneys Can Earn From National Academy:
Attorneys must complete 15 credits, including 3 ethics credits, per reporting period. The National Academy of Continuing Legal Education is approved to provide distance CLE courses in the state of Tennessee. Attorneys may utilize our CD-ROM solution as well as our Online platform for 8 TN CLE Credits including the 3 requirements specific to the area of Ethics.
Attorneys may carry over all 15 credits for a period of 12 months. The end of your compliance period is Dec 31, though your reporting date March 1st.
