Basic Zoning for Large Cities: How to Determine Allowable Use, Size, and Height
Basic zoning regulations for large US cities will be reviewed. These regulations assign zoning designations to tax lots that determine: (i) permitted uses; (ii) maximum building size; (iii) maximum building height; and (iv) required open space such as front and back yards.
