Nathanael Wright, Esq.
Nathanael E. Wright is a Partner at CMBG³ Law and serves as the firm’s Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Licensed in Massachusetts, Georgia, and New York, Nathanael brings more than 25 years of civil and criminal litigation experience, including numerous jury and bench trials to verdict, complex motion practice, and leadership roles that connect courtroom advocacy with organizational transformation.
Nathanael’s career reflects a rare combination of prosecutorial depth, civil litigation expertise, and institutional leadership. He has served as a Legislative Aide in the Massachusetts Senate, in the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, at Partners HealthCare’s Office of General Counsel in Boston, in the Chatham County District Attorney’s Office, and in private civil litigation practice. Before joining CMBG³, Nathanael was Chief Assistant District Attorney in Savannah, Georgia, a role that demonstrated his trial acumen, his ability to lead high stakes litigation teams, and his commitment to justice centered public service.
Nathanael has developed and led initiatives within the District Attorney’s Office, published thought leadership on the importance of diversity in prosecutorial work, and earned DEI certifications from multiple universities. His work focuses on building equitable systems, improving staff communication, and designing cultures where professional excellence and human centered leadership reinforce one another. At CMBG³, he brings that same conviction to cultivating a firm environment that is intentional about people, grounded in integrity, and aligned with the highest standards of legal practice.
Nathanael’s practice includes complex litigation involving employment and general civil matters, organizational culture consulting, and DEI strategy planning. His work is informed by a career dedicated to strengthening institutions and delivering results with clarity, empathy, and purpose.
