About This Course
This CLE course explores key constitutional and legal developments across Eastern Europe and examines how these changes intersect with the practice of law in the United States. Designed specifically for U.S. attorneys engaged in international or cross-border work, the program will address how shifting political and legal landscapes in Eastern Europe—both at the individual nation-state level and within the broader European Union—impact areas such as international business, regulatory compliance, human rights, and cross-border dispute resolution.
Participants will gain insights into the legal realignment of post-Soviet and EU-accession states and how these transformations present both challenges and opportunities for U.S. legal practitioners advising clients with interests in the region.
