About This Course
In this CLE program, a patent attorney and former USPTO examiner from the Business Methods Technology Center 3600 introduces a project management–inspired framework for drafting patent applications that satisfy 35 U.S.C. § 101. Attendees will learn practical, prosecution-ready strategies informed by the latest USPTO developments, including the August 2025 memo to the examining corps, Director Squires’ precedential decision in Ex parte Desjardins, and recent USPTO hour updates.
