Aurelia Mitchell Durant is an intellectual property and international business attorney with more than twenty-five years of experience helping creators, founders, and companies protect, commercialize, and preserve what they build.
A Partner at Rimon P.C. and attorney of record on more than 500 USPTO filings, Aurelia’s practice includes trademark clearance, prosecution, and portfolio strategy; TTAB proceedings; copyright and chain-of-title matters before the U.S. Copyright Office; licensing and commercialization agreements; and international portfolio management, including a formal alliance with a Legal 500-ranked Indian IP firm.
