This CLE program explores the strategic and persuasive craft of opening statements and closing arguments in jury trials. These critical advocacy moments provide counsel with the opportunity to introduce the client as a person, establish credibility, and frame the narrative that will guide the jury’s understanding of the evidence and the law.
