About This Course
Most construction disputes are not caused by a single event, but by a series of small decisions made throughout the life of a project. This program walks through how disputes develop during construction (from RFIs and submittals to change orders, payment issues, and formal claims) and highlights practical opportunities for early intervention that can significantly reduce litigation risk.
The course is designed for attorneys with varying levels of construction law experience and focuses on real-world practice considerations rather than jurisdiction-specific rules.
