This course will review your ability to bring a civil action under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, and will also offer a review of its scope, legal requirements, and the Supreme Court’s recent interpretation of the statute in Van Buren v. U.S.

The course will also present tips, strategies and alternative causes of action to protect your data from company insiders.
