The course will in addition to identifying those traps outline best practices one can utilized to avoid the traps before they are ever tripped. Next the course will look at dealing with mistakes and errors that may have been made despite your best efforts.

Specific areas of investigation will include lawyer advertising, responding to false postings by others, dealing with bar counsel, keeping your texting on the straight and narrow as well as a discussion of how to avoid cybersecurity breaches.
