This CLE course covers the nuts and bolts of how to appeal to the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), standards of review, brief-writing tips and motions to the Board.

Learning Objective: The Attorney General and the BIA have made it increasingly difficult to prevail in immigration court. It is extremely important to create a proper record for appeal, competently lodge appeals and capably compose appellate briefs to the BIA.
