About This Course

This CLE course will explain how to structure asset protection to best safeguard your client by proactively establishing protective measures or taking into account all the potential issues including the nature of claims and identity of the debtor. The course will review attorney obligations in asset protection, potential protection structures, creditor solutions and issues related to debt collection, fraud and bankruptcy claims. The course will evaluate the effect of marriage on asset protection as well as that of foreign and domestic trusts and entity planning.
