Rick Rakow
Rick Rakow is president and CEO of Rakow Commercial Realty Group, Inc. Mr. Rakow has been representing the owners and users of commercial property for almost 25 years. After spending his first 10 years in the business representing the owner of 2 million square feet of commercial space, he saw a need emerging. The landlords were real estate experts and the tenants were not. The tenants needed professional representation to regain the advantage lost to landlords and their agents. Seizing the opportunity, Mr. Rakow opened one of this region’s first brokerage companies focused on the needs of the tenant. Rakow Commercial Realty Group, Inc., successfully concludes an average of 100 transactions per year serving as the exclusive representative for the tenant, leasing or sales agent for the owners of properties in the greater Westchester and Fairfield area (and beyond), and has represented transactions valued at over $33.4 million in 2007 alone.
