Hannah E. Taylor, Esq.
Hannah Taylor is an associate in the Advertising, Marketing & Public Relations Group at Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz, focusing on advertising, branded entertainment and intellectual property matters.
Prior to joining Frankfurt Kurnit, Ms. Taylor was an associate with Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP, where she practiced in the general litigation and intellectual property practice groups. She was also active in pro bono matters, including advising artists on a variety of entertainment transactions and serving as counsel in two major litigations on behalf of the City of New York. She has been associated with Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, Legal Momentum, Fross Zelnick Lehrman & Zissu, and is a member of the Thomson Reuters Westlaw® National Advisory Board.
Ms. Taylor graduated from Bryn Mawr College (BA, 2000) and University of Michigan Law School (JD, 2007). She is admitted to practice in the state court of New York and in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Claudine E. A. Wilson, Esq.
Claudine Wilson is an associate in the Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations group of Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz. She has extensive experience advising corporate entities, advertising agencies, and individuals on a wide range of advertising and intellectual property matters.
Ms. Wilson’s practice includes advising clients on rights clearance (such as copyright, trademark, and rights of publicity), promotions, advertising claims and substantiation, network compliance, as well as reviewing advertising copy, terms of use, social media policies, and various creative service agreements. She also regularly advises on sweepstakes and contests, and regularly counsels and speaks on the legal implications of social media advertising and platform term compliance. Ms. Wilson also drafts and negotiates advertising and entertainment related contracts, including agency agreements for agencies and brands, licensing, celebrity talent, digital media, production, and sponsorship agreements.
Prior to joining Frankfurt Kurnit, Ms. Wilson was an associate with Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis, where she worked on a wide variety of intellectual property, labor and employment and corporate matters. She also worked on copyright enforcement, file sharing and bootlegging issues in the Anti-Piracy and Legal Affairs Unit of the Recording Industry Association of America, and was a reporter and columnist for The Gainesville Sun in Florida.
Ms. Wilson is a graduate of the University of Florida (BS, cum laude, 2005) and Georgetown University Law Center (JD, 2008). She is admitted to practice in New York State and District of Columbia courts, and the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York and the District of Columbia.
