Lecturer Bios

Ian V. Gallo, Esq.

Mr. Gallo received his Bachelors of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania. Thereafter, he obtained his law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law. Upon graduating from Temple Law School, Mr. Gallo joined a regional law firm in their South Jersey location where he handled title litigation, subrogation issues, and litigation concerning real property.

Thereafter, Mr. Gallo was a partner at a law firm in the Philadelphia Suburbs. His practice focused on complex real estate litigation, handling title litigation claims on behalf of insureds, representing settlement agencies and real estate brokers in various actions, real estate transactions (residential and commercial), business formations, real estate development, and complex consumer fraud actions.

Mr. Gallo also handled a variety of personal injury and medical malpractice lawsuits working with a team of other attorneys.

Mr. Gallo presently handles immigration cases (affirmative and removal defense), criminal defense matters, real estate related litigation, and personal injury matters.

Mr. Gallo resides in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and State of New Jersey as well as the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Nathaniel X. Rivera, Esq.

Nathaniel X. Rivera has been – and remains – licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mr. Rivera has conducted numerous depositions and has handled complex litigation throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Mr. Rivera has extensive experience in both defending and prosecuting complex catastrophic injury actions throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey including, slip and falls actions, premise liability actions, and motor vehicle actions. He has honed his skills in taking depositions and advocating for his clients at oral argument hearings.

Mr. Rivera has handled cases from inception through trial, providing creative and novel approaches to overcoming many obstacles presented in the cases he has been involved in.
