Practicing before the federal immigration courts, known as "EOIR" for short, can often be very stressful for attorneys. Not only must attorneys keep up with the near-constant change in immigration law itself, but with the nearly as volatile policies and procedures of the Courts themselves.

Since the COVID-19 pandemic began in 2020, the Courts have gone through a major procedural transformation, including the introduction of electronic filings on the ECAS system. However, removal defense before EOIR need not be so complicated.

This program will give you the nuts and bolts to successfully navigate removal proceedings with ease.
