He was a contributor and a quoted expert in the first global study highlighting the vulnerability of the world’s intellectual property and sensitive information that was released by McAfee on January 29, 2009, at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. He appears regularly on MSNBC and CNN and has been a featured quoted expert on computer fraud and legal issues in the New York Times, USA Today, the Washington Post, and Newsweek. Nick received his JD, cum laude, from Harvard Law School; and his BA, magna cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts.
