Description

This CLE program is designed to give the trial lawyer/practitioner a real life sense of how to address rules of professionalism/ethics and civility in high stakes litigation, when your opponent’s zealous advocacy of his/her client’s interests can lead to heated debate or obstructive behavior during the course of prosecuting the case. The presenter will use 2 real-life examples to demonstrate her points, including a Georgia case and 1 Florida case.
