Attorney Davis has litigated over 1,000 Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) claims before USCIS asylum offices and the EOIR since 2002. In this CLE course, he will introduce the fundamentals of FGM cases (also known as female circumcision), detail the supporting evidence, testimony, and background materials necessary for successful litigation, and discuss common pitfalls and case vulnerabilities.
