Glen K. Westerback is an associate in the Technology, eCommerce and Privacy Group and Corporate and Finance Group at Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz.
Mr. Westerback counsels clients on software, e-commerce and Internet issues, including matters related to classic Web-enabled commerce, privacy and data security, blogging and social networking, cloud computing, online advertising, and the development and licensing of websites, mobile apps, and other software and leading edge innovations.
Mr. Westerback also helps media, technology and other innovative companies organize and reorganize, structure entrepreneurial ventures, and access financing. He has advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, marketing and distribution agreements, licensing of intellectual property, and services agreements, employment, and other corporate arrangements.
Mr. Westerback currently edits CyberLaw Currents, a Frankfurt Kurnit blog about the law of doing business on the Internet.
Mr. Westerback is a graduate of The College of William & Mary (BA, magna cum laude, 2000) and Cornell Law School (JD, 2003), where he was an editor of the Cornell International Law Journal. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York City Bar.
