Bellanca J. Fletcher, Esq.
Bellanca J. Fletcher, Esq., is of counsel with Bartle, McGrane, Duffy & Jones, LLP. Her areas of practice include elder law, estate administration, estate litigation, estate planning law, guardianship, probate, real estate law and taxation. Ms. Fletcher devotes 30 percent of her practice to litigation. She is admitted to the New York bar. Ms. Fletcher has a J.D. degree from Albany Law School and a B.A. degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton. She was draft editor of Moore’s Federal Practice, 3d. Chapter 59 (covering new trials pursuant to FRCP), Matthew Bender & Co., February 1997. Ms. Fletcher has been a presenter at Senior Citizens Law Day each year since 1996. She is a member of the Albany County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association, Trust and Estates Law Section and Elder Law Section.
Peter Danziger, Esq.,
Peter Danziger, Esq., is a life and health insurance agent concentrating in long-term care insurance, and he received his insurance license in 1996. Mr. Danziger is also a senior partner of the law firm of O’Connell and Aronowitz. He has been in private practice with the firm for over 30 years. Mr. Danziger is author of the chapter on long-term care insurance in the New York State Estate Planning and Will Drafting book. He is editor of the New York State Bar Association’s publication Representing People With Disabilities and co-author of the chapter on special education litigation. He received his J.D. degree from Albany Law School of Union University, where he was a member of the Albany Law Review. Mr. Danziger received his M.S. degree in educational psychology and statistics from the State University of New York at Albany. He is listed in the publications The Best Lawyers in America and Who’s Who in American Law. Mr. Danziger was the author of Tapping Officials’ Secrets: The Door to Open Government in New York, a nationally published guidebook on New York State’s Freedom of Information Law and Open Meetings Law. He also has been a television commentator on legal issues, a frequent lecturer and writer of Legal Line, a syndicated newspaper column.

Raul A. Tabora, Jr.
Raul A. Tabora, Jr. is a director with Ruffo, Tabora, Mainello & McKay P.C. Mr. Tabora concentrates in the area of reimbursement litigation, health care compliance, specialized contract reviews and complex transactions. His background includes eight years of experience with the New York State Department of Social Services, where he was primarily involved in Medicaid/Medicare litigation, as well as investigations relating to health care fraud and abuse for all provider types. Mr. Tabora entered private practice in September of 1992 and has continued to concentrate his practice in health and long-term care representing institutional and noninstitutional providers across the state of New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association’s Health Law Section and the National Health Lawyers Association. Mr. Tabora has lectured for numerous organizations. He earned a B.A. degree from Siena College and a J.D. degree from Albany Law School of Union University.
