About This Course
This CLE program provides attorneys with a comprehensive overview of the legal and ethical responsibilities of mental health professionals, with a focus on identifying and evaluating claims involving psychotherapist negligence and professional misconduct. Participants will gain a practical understanding of the standards governing psychotherapists, common areas of liability exposure, and the key factors involved in assessing the viability and value of potential claims.
