Teri-Ann Gross, Esq.

Teri-Ann Gross has over 15-years of successful trial and litigation experience representing hundreds of Clients in Social Security disability trials before U. S. Administrative Law Judges. Litigate complex or novel issues before United States District Courts and the Social Security Appeals Council; try complex personal injury, medical malpractice, and long-term disability cases; litigate cases before state Unemployment Insurance Administrative Law Judges; and part of a trial team that successfully prosecuted a complex commodity futures fraud case for the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Successfully try cases and write litigation documents including trial briefs, pleadings, memoranda, and notices of appeal in accordance with state and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure; interview prospective witnesses, conduct depositions of lay and expert witnesses, prepare trial and deposition witnesses, examine, and cross-examine lay and expert witnesses at trial; and engage in settlement negotiations and prepare settlement agreements. Have made various presentations on the subject of Social Security for a local bar association, a community business group and a non-profit group for individuals with rare diseases.
