Lance A. Clarke is an experienced trial attorney and negotiator in the areas of federal and
state criminal defense, white collar defense, parole defense, and civil rights where he has
represented various companies, executives, and high-profile clients in his practice. His unique
and successful advocacy coupled with his results driven approach have generated numerous
favorable results for his clients.
Due to his strong reputation, and pattern of success, Lance is often described as "the go to
guy" for complex and delicate legal matters. He has represented more than 5,000 people in
multiple states, in Federal, State and Parole Court for charges ranging from Money
Laundering to Conspiracy to Commit Murder In-Aid-of Racketeering.
Lance Clarke has tried and won several jury trials, bench trials, administrative and
suppression hearings for cases involving allegations of attempted murder, federal drug
conspiracy, DNA evidence, weapons and drug possessions, police misconduct, unlawful
termination, parole violations, theft and sex offenses.
Lance Clarke has also lectured at universities, trained attorneys in trial practice, appeared as a
legal analyst across various platforms both domestic and international, served on Judicial
Screening Committees to vet prospective judges and assisted companies with promoting a

Phillip C. Hamilton is an experienced trial attorney and litigator in the areas of complex state and federal criminal defense, civil rights actions, and contractual formation and disputes.
Phillip began his legal career at The Bronx Defenders, working within its world renowned Criminal Defense Practice. While there, he successfully defended over 2,000 clients, and tried several cases to
acquittal. As a supervisor, Phillip taught the art of criminal defense to a team of Ivy League-educated lawyers, and had his work featured in The New York Times, The Huffington Post, and the New York Daily
Since 2015, Phillip has primarily defended white-collar professionals charged with serious, high-profile offenses. His successes include a full acquittal for a senior financial analyst charged with attempted
murder, a full dismissal of criminal charges for the son of a prominent New York City attorney, and a number of favorably negotiated pleas for international dignitaries hailing from Luxembourg, Turkey, and

Outside of the courtroom, Phillip regularly guest lectures trial advocacy and negotiation seminars in law schools around the New York metropolitan area. As a board member of the Metropolitan Black Bar
Association, he has screened and interviewed judicial candidates vying for election to the New York State Supreme Court, and has testified in support of systemic reform to the New York State Senate
Standing Committee on the Judiciary. Phillip has advised political campaigns on issues of criminal justice reform, and regularly appears as a legal analyst across cable platforms, including BBC World News,
CourtTV, and the Fox News Channel.
Phillip received his law degree from Yeshiva University’s Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where he was honored as a David Berg Fellow for the Public Interest. He is admitted to practice in New York State,
the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
