Greta Jacobs, Esq.
Greta A. Jacobs is a seasoned multinational compliance and legal leader with more than twenty years of experience designing, implementing, and advancing strategic compliance, ethics, and legal programs for global and local organizations in over twenty-five countries.
She brings deep expertise in drafting, translating, validating, training and communicating corporate policies across all levels of an organization—from executive leadership to frontline teams—ensuring clarity, consistency, and real-world application across diverse compliance areas.
Formerly based in Mexico City, Greta led and mentored regional teams throughout Central and South America for the retail and financial sectors. In recognition of her leadership, she was featured on the cover of Global Woman Leader in 2025 for her work fostering a stronger culture of compliance in Mexico.
Greta’s passions are dynamic training and meticulous bilingual written communications. As a trainer for Seyfarth at Work, Greta has had the privilege of engaging with hundreds of Costco managers throughout the United States and Puerto Rico, delivering practical, high-impact training that inspires and empowers leaders to build more respectful, compliant, and productive workplaces.
Prior to moving to Mexico, Greta was a law clerk for the Chief Judge of the Eastern District of Michigan, Bernard A. Friedman. She holds a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations, as well as a Certificate in Mexican Competition Law from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. In 2019, Greta became a Mexican citizen.
