Advise on keyword searching methodologies and review search hit results throughout discovery lifecycle, from early case assessment to review and production. Provide training to both review teams and outside counsel regarding utilization of technology. Assistance with development of eDiscovery training sessions for in-house counsel and businesses. Develop review guidelines for litigation teams related to eDiscovery activities. Supervise in-house contract review teams of between 2 and 15 attorneys or paralegals. Manage workflow between outside counsel, vendor and review teams to ensure best practices while meeting discovery deadlines.
