Robert Kinney, Esq.
Robert Kinney has practiced law for over 32 years, initially as an Attorney-Advisor with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. For over five years Mr. Kinney was Environment Project Director for the National Association of Attorneys General in Washington, D.C., where he developed and implemented CLE classes for attorneys general offices nationally.
For nearly half his legal career, Mr. Kinney was a trial attorney for the Office of the New Jersey Attorney General, where he handled administrative and superior court cases for the Environmental Enforcement Section of the AG’s office. After leaving the AG’s office in 2021, Mr. Kinney was litigation partner for a small New Jersey law firm, and is currently Of Counsel for a small complex litigation practice in Trenton, NJ.
He is licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
