Bankruptcy 101 starts with the basics of bankruptcy and provides the understanding and tools needed to determine whether a consumer should file a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13. Taking you through the initial client interview and information and document gathering, Susan S. Blum will guide you through the bankruptcy petition, including the Statement of Financial Affairs and Schedules. She’ll discuss what the Means Test means in both chapters of bankruptcy and provide an overview of the national Chapter 13 Plan. You’ll be ready to file after this CLE.
