About This Course
The underlying ethics of any given situation will always provoke deep thought and analysis. But where ethics and the law meet, seemingly standard subjects can become hot-button issues. The guidance offered by the Rules of Professional Conduct is therefore a critical area of study for any practicing attorney. This always-timely CLE course, presented by Peter Kurshan, Esq., will review court decisions and Ethics Committee opinions from the New York State Bar Association (State Bar), the New York County Lawyer’s Association (NYCLA) and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York (City Bar).
