CLE Rules For:

Credits that Washington Attorneys Can Earn From National Academy:
Attorneys must complete 45 hours, including 6 ethics hours, per reporting period (3 years). All courses offered by the National Academy of Continuing Legal Education have been directly approved by The Washington State Bar. Up to 22.5 self-study credits may be earned with National Academy of Continuing Legal Education. Attorneys may utilize our CD-ROM, Audio CD or Online solution.
Attorneys may carry over a maximum of 15 credits with 2 of them in the area of Ethics for a period of 36 months. The end of your compliance period is Dec 31 though your reporting date is January 31.
