Description

What is the Federal Witness Protection Program? How does a person or entity with a judgment against a debtor in the program get disclosure of his identity and location? How does one collect their judgment? Every attorney understands how difficult it can be to collect debt. If a debtor is in the Federal Witness Protection Program it is that much more difficult. Although there are no guarantees, this lecture will help guide an attorney through the right channel to help facilitate a positive outcome.
