The answer to these questions and many other delicate situations are answered in the widely adopted ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct for Attorneys. This overview can serve to both answer the many questions that confront you on a daily basis and serve as a review to previous Ethics courses. This is a two-part course.

Lecturer Bios

Aaron I. Katsman, Esq.

Mr. Katsman is the managing partner of the Law Offices of Aaron I. Katsman, P.C. in Valley Stream, NY. The firm is a general practice specializing in real estate, insurance and personal injury law. Mr. Katsman has lectured extensively on many topics including real estate law, personal injury law and comparative ethics. Mr. Katsman is a 1997 graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and he is admitted to practice in New York State.
