Description

There is no one answer to why chronic discrimination has plagued the legal profession. Imbedded in American culture and deeply imbedded in the culture of the legal profession are hundreds of daily and insidious incidences of privilege, bias and micro-inequities. Bias in the legal profession has real life implications and impairs the ability of the legal system to act with fairness and justice for all. How can bias impact effectiveness, productivity and profitability within the legal field? What role must individuals play to ensure this benefit is achieved? Robin Tucker, a nationally known expert, will explore these issues and provide a better understanding of this dynamic subject.
