Are there strategies to select jurors favorable to your case? How can you recognize "dangerous" jurors? Are you selecting or de-selecting a jury? These issues and more will be explored in this CLE program, designed for both the young attorney as well as the seasoned trial attorney. Highlights include the use of rhetorical questions to plant the seeds of your case, arming jurors for deliberations, as well as uncovering and neutralizing bias.
